I’m pretty sure my son is still out there somewhere – Manokovananthan

We had a son and a daughter. My son’s name is Manokovananthan Regan and he was 21 years old then. My son left home to go to Madu Church. None of us went with him. My son always goes with his friends. When my son was in the church that day, curfew was imposed and the roads were closed. My son was already in the church. Everyone said that he stayed in the church for about a month. The father of the church has also seen our son in the church. On 2006.08.03, after LTTE lifted the curfew, my son came out to come home. Even though the LTTE had let my son go, those who saw said that he was taken into custody by the army because he did not have the identity card with him when they checked him in the army camp. We went to that camp to look for our son. But the army told us that there is no such person there. I’m pretty sure my son is still out there somewhere.
